The following funding options are available for our services:
1) Medicare - Your child may be eligible for a Medicare rebate. You will need to obtain a Medicare Plan from your GP or Paediatrician in order to claim a rebate. Families are able to access Chronic Disease Management Plans, Better Access to Mental Health or Helping Children with Autism Plan to support their child’s care. We do not bulk bill. Please contact your GP for more information.
Where the healthcare refunds do not cover the full cost of sessions, sessions must be paid in full prior to accessing refunds.
2) NDIS - We offer NDIS funded services under the Early Childhood Supports and Therapeutic Supports – Capacity Building Categories for families. We are able to service participants who are either self managed or plan managed but unfortunately not agency managed at this current point in time.
3) Private Health - Our occupational therapists are registered with their registration board, and have Medicare provider numbers. This means for eligible services, you may be able to claim on your private health funds, depending on your level of extras cover.
Please contact your health fund prior to your first appointment with us, to see if you are entitled to a rebate for your child's assessment and/or intervention sessions.
Please note that you will be unable to claim the rebate directly, and will be required to pay the full amount at the time of your child's session. You will receive an electronic copy of your paid invoice which contains all the details required for submission to your private health fund.
4) Fee for service (out of pocket) - Pay for sessions privately.
